About Jeff Galloway’s Program: The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: of running a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon or Marathon. Thanksgiving Day 5k – Simi Valley, CA

This course is mostly flat along with some mild rollers, which are mid way through your run. There are some long stretches to allow you to really open up your speed along the home stretch of the course.Suitable for beginners/ walkers right the way through to elite and advanced runners!

ARRC WINTER 2018-2019

YES, we will be having a winter season! The official winter season will be a 21 week half-marathon distance training cycle, starting on December 8, ending on April 27th.  We will put out the full schedule, including suggested weekly runs and workouts. There will be a higher and lower weekly mileage option with long runs the same for both. Membership cost for the winter season will be $20. This nominal fee help defray the cost of our liability insurance and other ongoing expenses. Saturday runs will meet at 7:30am at Gateway Park in Rosslyn, VA. We will put out the routes and will have someone there to send the group off each Saturday however there will be NO homebase or water stops volunteers so plan accordingly. Discounts to be offered for all participants on your entry fee! Lockport 10 Race Director will create some special routes throughout Lockport, and our regular routes in Buffalo. *There are three options for this race, you can run the full Lockport 10 miler, you can run the Lockport 5 miler, or you can get a friend involved and you can run the Relay (5 miles each!) Join us for the winter running season in Buffalo. Camp #Runthistown - Spring Edition!

This event is being rescheduled for June - Camp Runthistown Midnight Flight Edition.  Stay tuned to our social media converstation for updates!     Join us for Camp #runthistown - Spring Edition!  Camp #runthistown is a 12 week running program designed to help you take your first or next steps.  We are so excited about offer several 5k training locations for our Spring camps!  With the help of our awesome volunteers, we have watched as over 1200 new runners have crossed their first 5K finish lines.  Many have gone on to complete 1/2 marathon and full marathon distances, many who are now running on our NYC Marathon #RunthistownBIGAPPLE team!
