Jack the Ripper Run (10 October)
Join a dark 10k running tour about the tragic murders in Whitechapel in 1888. As we jog through the back-alleys of East London, you'll be transported back to Victorian London at the time of the Whitechapel murders. You'll visit the crime scenes and places where key evidence was collected, learn about the police investigation, the role of the press and then (literally) run through an array of suspects: Who was Jack the Ripper? Each tour has a guide pace to keep you in your comfort zone. This tour is half-run / half-walk. We'll mix up short intervals of running with walking to make it round the route. This is a popular choice for those that find 10k a bit far, are building up from 5k, or wouldn't necessarily class themselves as a runner.

Secret Gin Run Walk/Run (12 October)
Join us as we celebrate London's long-term thirst for gin on a fun 10k running tour of the Capital. We'll stop at places that are key to London's thirsty history with the juniper-flavoured stuff, and play gin-themed games along the route. The tour runs at a number of dates between March and October and each has a pace guide to keep you in your comfort zone. This tour is half walk/half run - short intervals of gentle jogging mixed in with walking. Running is thirsty work, and everyone enjoys a well deserved gin and tonic at the end of the run from an authentic gin palace.
