Messinia will be in a “festive” mood for a 7th consecutive year, as it hosts the ultimately successful sports tourism event “Navarino Challenge”; which is now considered an annual establishment of Greece. Visit Messinia and Costa Navarino, on October 11-13, 2019, in order to take part in the event’s numerous activities. Participants may register in activities such as running, open water swimming & SUP! Open Water Swimming – Saturday, October 12, 2019 Running – Sunday, October 13, 2019 All participant runners may choose between routes of 5km, 10km and 21.1km (half marathon). Runners of all ages, starting from Navarino Dunes in Costa Navarino will run to Pylos beach, crossing Voidokilia beach and following the trail mapped out, back in Homer’s years, by Telemachus, Ulysses’ son, trying to find his missing father.

A superfast course, great entertainment, outstanding crowd support and glorious finish at Emirates Old Trafford, the home of Lancashire Cricket Club, plus a medal and a technical t-shirt for all finishers!To give you an idea of how fast this course is, 74% of the first 50 finishers ran a personal best or a season best. 56% of the top 250 ran a PB or SB. Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon
The Radisson Blu International Larnaka Marathon situated in the coastal city of Larnaka, close to the International Airport of Larnaka, on the beautiful Palm Beach Avenue (Foinikoudes), next to the salt lakes where flamingos take a breath during the fall is sure to excite every runner, from the more experienced ones to the newcomers. The Radisson Blu International Larnaka Marathon offers a number of different races on race day, as apart from the full marathon, there are also a Half Marathon, a 10k Race, 5k City Race, 5k Corporate Team Race and a 1k Family Race. All the races offer a different experience for all ages and abilities. The 1st Radisson Blu International Larnaka Marathon was a complete success attended by more than 3,000 runners of all ages, from 25 different countries.

Run Club @ McKinley Park
Run Club @ McKinley Park Run Club is designed for anyone wishing to have fun while getting better at the sport of running. This Club will foster Sacramento local/McKinley Park runners and walkers to meet up, workout together, and learn the elements of an efficient run form. Run Club meets every Wednesday evening (6:00 pm) at McKinley Park. Run Club Workout Features Dynamic Warm-up: This type of warm-up is what most professional athletes are doing before beginning their workout. Proper warm-up and stretching will improve performance and reduce your risk for injury. Run Form Drills: The run stride is broken into its components with various drills; we call these the A-B-C’s of running. Improved muscle recruitment and coordination will lead to running faster and more efficiently. Run Strength Drills: Build your lateral strength/stability, add horse-power, and increase endurance. These drills will not only make your run “stronger” but, they will also help you reduce your risk for getting a running related injury. Focused Run Workout: Each week a specific run lesson plan will be prepared and presented. Having a “run strategy” will get you more out of every run workout; no more “junk miles”! Features will include pace running, heart-rate zone running, intervals, steady-state, recovery, and much more! Beginner (walk/run), intermediate (run/walk), and advanced (run only) run lesson plans will be offered at each workout. Run Coaching: Each athlete will receive some personalized run coaching at every workout. Get real-time feed-back on your form, balance, symmetry, stride length/rate, and much more! Welcome to One Zone Running... To get this CITY running! We will provide you the opportunity to learn everything you've ever wanted to know about running or walkng. Picutre yourself accomplishing your very first mile, or 5K. Group runs, seminars for all your fitness needs, along with socials, and some cool running events is what is in store for you. Princeton Athletic Club Membership 2019
Register now for your 2019 Princeton Athletic Club Membership! Princeton Athletic Club is a non-profit running club open to runners of all ages and abilities in the Princeton area. We organize several local running events each year and help organize group runs. Sign up as an individual member, or sign up as a household! - Individual memberships are $25 for a single person. September and October is $40, includes membership for remainder of the year and all of new calendar year. - Household memberships - If you're an adult and part of a household, sign yourself up as an individual first, $25, and then sign up the rest: $20 for an additional adult in the household, and $10 for all children in the household under 19. After you sign yourself up, passwords for the additional adult and under-19 categories will be sent with your confirmation email. September and October is $30 for additional adult, $20 for any and all additional children, includes membership for remainder of year and all of new calendar year. Note: the membership fee for the first member in a household is $25 (regardless of age). We encourage at least one parent to join the club if children are joining as members. The membership fee for two adults and all children in the same household is only $55 (the total of $25 + $20 + $10). - Registration note: The pricing for your membership will appear as you click through after starting with the "Register Now" button. The Princeton Athletic Club is covering the online processing fees, so the final amounts will be the $25, $20, and $10 numbers you see above. - PAC Jersey - These are a custom item produced when there are enough orders.
