Run Coaching:  Each athlete will receive some personalized run coaching at every workout.  Get real-time feed-back on your form, balance, symmetry, stride length/rate, and much more!  If you have never had run coaching before, this will improve your run after your 1st session, guaranteed!Event details and scheduleSchedule and Location Day:  Every Wednesday (rain or shine).  We will take Holiday’s off.
