Membership in the Chesapeake Bay Running Club entitles you to the following benefits: Discounts on select CBRC event fees Access to a network of runners in the Southern MD area for training runs, coaching tips, carpools to area races, and even road trips and mini-vacations to farther afield races Monthly CBRC newsletter Paid entry to select area races as a CBRC team member Invitations to club socials The inside scoop on volunteer opportunities at high-profile races Membership runs calendar year and renewal is required every January. The following membership dues are paid/renewed annually: Individual Membership: $15Youth Membership: $7.50Family Membership: $25 per family     Family Membership Details: Family memberships includes all members of an immediate family living in the same household. Parents of adult members not living in the same household do not qualify as members under their offspring’s membership. Adult children, defined as being 19 years and older, do not count under family memberships unless the adult child is a full-time student (at least 12 credit hours). Anne Arundel Striders Run Club Inc., Membership

Anne Arundel Striders is a run club for people of all ages and skill level. Anne Arundel striders running club is dedicated to promoting fitness and running for the residents of Anne Arundel County. We run throughout the paths and roads of our community. In addition, every week we meet up for our weekly social run. Our goal is to develop a volunteer base that allows us to host group runs and races designed to aid charities and ultimately give back to our local community. Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon

The Radisson Blu International Larnaka Marathon situated in the coastal city of Larnaka, close to the International Airport of Larnaka, on the beautiful Palm Beach Avenue (Foinikoudes), next to the salt lakes where flamingos take a breath during the fall is sure to excite every runner, from the more experienced ones to the newcomers. The Radisson Blu International Larnaka Marathon offers a number of different races on race day, as apart from the full marathon, there are also a Half Marathon, a 10k Race, 5k City Race, 5k Corporate Team Race and a 1k Family Race.  All the races offer a different experience for all ages and abilities. The 1st Radisson Blu International Larnaka Marathon was a complete success attended by more than 3,000 runners of all ages, from 25 different countries.

We focus on achieving your goals. Remain injury free while having fun and building fitness. Bring a friend and join us for a Saturday morning run. Some Sundays and weekdays are available too. First 2 sessions are free. Experience great comradery, effective training and lots of support. 2017 to 2026! Our Program is on going.  OUR AREA: Primarily South Side and the Peninsula.  WEEKEND LONG RUNS: We also offer Hill/Track sessions on many of our lower mileage Saturdays. TIMES/LOCATIONS: Starting times and locations for all runs will vary depending on the season, temperatures and distances. Run Club @ McKinley Park

Run Club @ McKinley Park   Run Club is designed for anyone wishing to have fun while getting better at the sport of running.  This Club will foster Sacramento local/McKinley Park runners and walkers to meet up, workout together, and learn the elements of an efficient run form.  Run Club meets every Wednesday evening (6:00 pm) at McKinley Park.     Run Club Workout Features Dynamic Warm-up:  This type of warm-up is what most professional athletes are doing before beginning their workout.  Proper warm-up and stretching will improve performance and reduce your risk for injury. Run Form Drills:  The run stride is broken into its components with various drills; we call these the A-B-C’s of running.  Improved muscle recruitment and coordination will lead to running faster and more efficiently. Run Strength Drills:  Build your lateral strength/stability, add horse-power, and increase endurance.  These drills will not only make your run “stronger” but, they will also help you reduce your risk for getting a running related injury. Focused Run Workout:  Each week a specific run lesson plan will be prepared and presented.  Having a “run strategy” will get you more out of every run workout; no more “junk miles”!  Features will include pace running, heart-rate zone running, intervals, steady-state, recovery, and much more!  Beginner (walk/run), intermediate (run/walk), and advanced (run only) run lesson plans will be offered at each workout. Run Coaching:  Each athlete will receive some personalized run coaching at every workout.  Get real-time feed-back on your form, balance, symmetry, stride length/rate, and much more!  If you have never had run coaching before, this will improve your run after your 1st session, guaranteed!Event details and scheduleSchedule and Location Day:  Every Wednesday (rain or shine).  We will take Holiday’s off. Workout Start:  6:00 pm. Dynamic Warm-up:  6:05 pm – 6:10 pm. Run Form Drills:  6:10 pm – 6:20 pm. Run Strength Drills:  6:20 pm – 6:30 pm. Focused Run Workout:  6:30 pm – until you are done.
