The Police Benevolent Foundation’s Race for the Fallen (R4TF) GLOW RUN honors fallen officers and their families. TIME:The Race for the Fallen will begin at 8:00 PM (or after sunset). LOCATION:Enjoy a waterfront run as the course travels along the Riverwalk Trail and Percival's Island Natural Area. The race will start at the Riverwalk Trail entrance off Concord Turnpike. Look for the inflated arch on race day to find the start line. (Follow the signs posted on race day). Check-in and late registration will run from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM the day of the race.1600 Concord TurnpikeLynchburg, VA 24504 Packet pick-up will begin at 5:30 PM on race day.***You must pick up your own packet & show I.D.***You can pick up a packet for someone 18 or younger. The Good Dog-Dirty Dog 5K & 10K

The Good Dog-Dirty Dog Trail Runs This event is for walkers, runners, and their dogs! We are excited to offer this event for athletes and their dogs and hope everyone has a fun time. The Good Dog 10K will start at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K will start at 8:05 a.m. in the Granite Beach area at Folsom Lake SRA.  The course will have aid stations at the half way point for both walkers and their dogs. All Good Dog-Dirty Dog Runners and their Dogs will receive a Finisher Medal and Dog tag at the finish line.  Additional dogs can be signed up to accompany the walker and dog #1 for a fee of $10 per dog. Each additional dog will receive a Dog tag and Doggie-goody bag.  We will have a 'Runner only - No Dog' category with individual awards to the top male and female runners in this category.  Included for each competitor is an athlete goody bag with treats for both owners and dogs, and a post race meal, plus a Good Dog-Dirty Dog Finisher Medal and Dog Tag. Awards will be presented as follows: First, second, and third place in each of three divisions for the Dirty Dog 5K & 10K Runs: Small Dog (up to 25 lbs), Medium Dog (26 to 60 lbs) Large Dog (61 to 99 lbs+) Extra Large Dog (100 to 140 lbs) and Extra Large Dog (141 lbs+) will each receive an award. Race fees increase on race day.   TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Race transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Participant transfers are allowed for this event, with a $15 fee. Fierce For Shannon Running Festival

Come join us for the 5th Annual Shannon Heil Memorial Fierce Running Festival Half Marathon / 10k / 5k Run & Walk on August 25,2019.  This Certified course will have you traveling through the old SeaBees Naval Base on Quonset Point in North Kingstown ,RI. This is as close as you will get to a closed course. This certified course is flat and fast, with only one small hill at mile 10. Plenty of FREE parking, LIVE music and tasty food for everyone who participates. There will be 8 water stations and 2 aid stations on the course, along with 2 porta potty's at miles 4 & 8. This event will be chipped timed, and all online registrants will receive a tech shirt and finishers medals for all participants in the half, 5k, and 10k.  Awards will be given to the top male and female in each age category (half/10k/5k).  If your part of the 50 states half marathon or the half fanatics, and your looking to cross off Rhode Island, this is the race for you. Hope to see you at the starting line.Event details and scheduleWHERE CAN I PARK?You can park on Lt. James Brown way or at the Toray Gym parking lot located at the intersection of Cripe st and Mainsail. Its’ a yellow building. Please don't park on Northrup St. You can also park at the Quonset O Club located on Lt James Brown way.  RESTROOMS:Are located in the parking lot of 95 Cripe Street, behind the Annex building.There will also be (2) porta potty's on the 10 miler and the 10k course. They will be at miles 6 and 8 on the 10 miler and mile 3 on the 10k  TIME & PLACE: 10k start time is 8am 10miler & 5k start time is 8:10am Note: The 10 miler and the 5k will start at the same time and split at approximately .75 miles. Looking at the map, the 10 miler goes right off Conway and the 5k will go left. The 10k will NOT follow the 10 miler and the 5k. Instead of going down Cripe to Conway, the 10k will go up Cripe  then turn right onto Northrup St. THERE WILL BE A SPLIT FOR THE 10K & 10 MILER. THIS SPLIT WILL OCCUR AT DAVISVILLE AND THOMPSON. THE 10K WILL GO LEFT AND THE 10 MILER WILL GO RIGHT. GIVING THE 2 DIFFERENT START DIRECTIONS FOR THE 10K AND 10 MILER, EVERYONE IN THE 1OK SHOULD BE PAST SPLIT BEFORE THE 10 MILER RUNNERS GET THERE. All 3 races will finish at the same place, 95 Cripe St  Ways to make it through the course 1- Follow the orange cones 2- Follow the Arrows 3-Listen to the volunteers

Kylie Rose's Run 2019

Kylie Rose’s Run is celebrating its 5th Annual 5K event.  Kylie Rose Jacobs, at the age of five, was diagnosed with cancer on January 6, 2015 and has since been treated at Akron Children’s Hospital.  This year’s race proceeds will benefit Akron Children’s Hospital Childhood Blood and Cancer Fund. The Childhood Blood and Cancer Fund supports patients, their families, research, treatment, supplies, and any/all needs for the entire department. Please note that this race has raised in excess of $51,000 that has been donated to Akron Children's Hospital!  The event will take place in the Copley High School football stadium. The 5K will start and end in the stadium. There will be family/kid activities held in the stadium during all runs. We had so many families and kids participate in the Family Fun Run last year! It was so fun and we learned a lot. We will be having a Competitive 1 Mile Run as well as a Citizens 1 Mile. You may decide the day of the event which run your family wants to participate in.   5K Run – Start time 4:00   Competitive 1 Mile Run – Start time 5:00 pm To start in the Competitive 1 Mile you must: **Plan to run the 1 Mile in under 15 minutes.   Citizens 1 Mile – Start Time 5:20 This 1 Mile start will be for all walkers/runners who do not plan to complete all four laps or plan to go beyond the 15 min time limit!   Please note that if you cannot attend the event but would like to support the cause and receive the shirt you can register for the Virtual Run. We will send you your shirt after the race.   **All participants will receive a shirt and canvas bag   **Please note that this is a stroller friendly course. Strollers can also participate in the Citizens 1 Mile. Look for the canopy.    **Race Day Packet pickup on Sunday will be from 2:00-3:30 in the parking lot next to the entrance of the stadium.    **Even if you are registered for the family fun run, you should plan to pick up your packets early. We have over 500 registered with more coming in.   ** The Jacobs family, including Kylie, will begin speaking at 3:45, followed by some other guests. Family/kid activities will be running on the field after the 5K runners take off (4:00). Plan to have fun!!  The 5K race will start at 4:00 pm. Kylie Rose’s 1 Mile Run Do to the large response that we have experienced for 1 Mile run we will have the following projected start times and requirements. Footsteps for Fertility SALT LAKE CITY 2019

Footsteps for Fertility Foundation is a charitable organization created to raise awareness surrounding infertility, and provide grants* for those who require fertility treatments such as: in vitro fertilization, frozen embryo transfer, and intrauterine insemination through donations and strategic partnerships with fertility clinics. These SART recognized Fertility clinic/centers have donated their services for a cycle of IVF**, in kind, to the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation, to be awarded at the 5K run/walk as Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grants: Utah Fertility Center Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine In addition, monies raised (funding permitting) at event will be awarded as a monetary grants from Footsteps for Fertility Foundation (typically $5,000).  The random selection process for the grants will take place directly following the 5k race. Each registrant will receive one complimentary ticket with their registration that may be entered for random selection to be awarded a Footsteps Grant for themselves, or for someone they know at the event who requires fertility treatments. Please share this with anyone you know who needs fertility treatments. *Please note that anyone who will be applying to receive a Footsteps for Fertility Grant must fill out the online Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant application prior to packet pick up. (This does not apply to supporters, just couples requiring infertility treatment). The application can be found on our website under the grants tab. **IVF Cycle donations only cover the clinic's in-house costs. Grants will not cover the cost of treatment beyond a basic IVF Cycle such as: medication, blood work, anesthesia, donor sperm, donor eggs, or adopted embryos.Event details and scheduleThe 7th Footsteps for Fertility Foundation 5 kilometer run/walk will be held at Liberty Park on August 31st 2019 from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The drawing for Footsteps for Fertility *Grants will take place directly after the race.
