5k & 10k@10,000 Feet

Presented by Summit Ford Mid-Vail-Top of Gondola One| Aug. 24, 2019 | 8 a.m. Bib Pickup Pre registration and bib pick up will be available from 3-6pm on Friday, August 23 at a location to be determined and communicated. Bib Pickup also available the morning of the race at the base of Gondola One from 6:30-7:30am. Race Information The 10@10 features both 5k and 10k trail running race distances to give everyone the opportunity to get out and race! Both races start at 8 a.m. at the top of the Gondola One at Mid-Vail on Vail Mountain, with both the 5k and 10k races taking place above 10,000 feet of elevation with the high point at nearly 11,000 feet. The average grade of the 10k is 7 percent with an elevation gain of 1,172 feet. Both races finish at Mid-Vail at the top of the mountain. Online pre-registration ends at 5pm on Friday, August 23. Day-of registration available at the base of the Gondola from 6:30 to 7:30am. Gondola One in Vail, which accesses Mid-Vail, is open for spectators to ride to the top for FREE from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Failure to load the gondola by 8:00am will make it so you will not be able to access Mid-Vail without paying a daily scenic ride ticket for $34. Dogs or other pets are not permitted to load the Gondola. Post-race, the gondola will be free for racers & spectators to download to Vail Village. Parking Racers should park in the Vail Village or Lionshead Parking Structures where parking is free for the summer. Color Frenzy 5K - Hartford - Free

The Color Frenzy 5K™ is none other than the brightest, most fun 5K in the land. At the Color Frenzy 5K™ we aren’t focused on how fast or how far you can run, what type of exercise you enjoy, or if you’re an avid runner. Instead, we welcome any and all participants looking for a colorful good time. Frenzy staff and charity partners will also be there to help make sure you get your share of the color goodness. Run through Color Wash station and onto the Color Frenzy zones where you will get hit with multiple colors of powder. Bring everyone and have the time of your life!Event details and schedulePlease plan on arriving 60-90 minutes prior to your wave start to give yourself plenty of time to park, get your Color Frenzy™ swag, check in if needed, and to get situated. Please be prompt for your Heat. Once your heat has started, (the heat is the time you registered for) small waves will be released every 60-90 seconds. Your physical start time is based on a first come-first serve basis, so naturally you will start earlier if you enter the start chute earlier. The last wave within your heat will go out 30 minutes after your scheduled heat (i.e., if your registered heat is for 8AM, the last wave in your heat will leave at 8:30AM).   Bring some extra cash for parking and SWAG! After you park, bring some extra cash! You'll want to check out our super sweet Color Frenzy store for t-shirts, tutus, and more! There may be a parking charge of up to $10 for the event that is handled by the venue. With THOUSANDS of smiles present on race day, please have exact change and please don't cut your time too short before the race starts. Blacklight Run - Hartford - FREE

The Blacklight Run™ is none other than the brightest, most fun 5K out there. At the Blacklight Run™ we aren’t focused on how fast or how far you can run, what type of exercise you enjoy, or if you’re an avid runner. We don’t care if you’ve never run a day in your life! Instead, we welcome any and all participants looking for a glowing good time. Whether you sprint it, run it, or walk it, it doesn’t matter to us! We simply want you to enjoy it. These three miles will be the best three miles you’ve ever spent with your friends and family—we promise.The Blacklight Run™ has been setup with very simple rules1) Wear a white shirt (any white T-shirt will work or wear your awesome commemorative Blacklight Run™ T-Shirt given with your registration) to be worn at the start line.2) You will finish covered in Blacklight Run™ UV Liquid Glow, that will glow in our Blacklight Zones™ and at the Blacklight Run After Party™. By the end, you will look like you fell into a Ghost Buster’s movie (minus the slime) and covered with different colored Blacklight Run™ UV Liquid Glow. This is the first of its kind at night and is quickly sweeping the nation!Event details and schedulePACKET PICK-UP DATE AND TIME WILL BE EMAILED BEFORE THE EVENT.*Please bring a photo ID to pick up your race packet. There is a $5.00 fee to pick up your packet on race day. This fee was instituted to encourage people to attend pre-packet pickup so we can minimize lines and wait times on race day. Yes, we do allow people to pick up packets for other people (team member, family, friends). As long as their waiver has been signed online (generally one during registration or downloaded HERE) you will just need to present their confirmation email. That way, we know you have permission to get your friends’ stuff!PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISEAll items that have been pre-ordered MUST be picked up by start time on race day or at packet pickup. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to mail items to you after race day any items that have not been claimed will be forfeited and donated. Please make time to go pick up you pre-ordered GLOW Gear. Pick up your pre-ordered GLOW Gear at the packet pickup location or the event.RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UPIf you are unable to pick up your race packet and/or register on either of the packet pickup dates, you will be able to do so on race day. For over 20 years, the South DeKalb Striders have sponsored an annual 5K road race.  This year the event again utilize Michelle Obama path rather than the local streets.  It is a lovely course. 2019 Olathe Charities 5K

Come out to the first Summer Scramble 5K presented by the Pilot Club of Monroe.  The race starts at Centerhill Baptist Church in Monroe GA. Pilot International was founded in 1921 in Macon, Georgia. Pilot Club service projects and fundraisers benefit the local community.
