The Puzzle Dash
The World's First Obstacle Course Race Designed to Challenge Your Mind and Your Body The Puzzle Dash is a team oriented obstacle course race featuring obstacles of handpicked, professionally tested, and unquestionably fun challenges designed to help engage a racer's brain. Other obstacle courses and races test your physical strength and stamina, but THE PUZZLE DASH will go beyond that to train your body and test your mind. The obstacles will directly challenge one’s ability in the fields of critical thinking, work skills, memory, visual perception, coordination, and many more brain-building areas. Event Details: Our inaugural event will take place in Monroe/Jamesburg, NJ at Thompson Park, the largest park in the Middlesex County parks system, on Saturday, September 28, 2019. Designed to test the mental aptitude of people from all walks of life, THE PUZZLE DASH is open to anyone physically able to compete. These races are for anyone looking to "shake up" their routine, engage is enjoyable exercise, connect with others, help raise money and awareness for autism, and have fun while doing so. THE PUZZLE DASH is a solution to all these desires, while also exercising the body's most important muscle: the brain. Everyone from teenagers to senior citizens, the weekend warriors to the couch potatoes, the math team to the track team, and the cross word enthusiasts to the 7-day a week gym goer, THE PUZZLE DASH has something for everyone. Each Registration includes a donation to a charity that focuses on helping educate and grow children & Adults with Autism and other learning disabilities. One of the core values of THE PUZZLE DASH is being able to give back on a local level. A portion of all proceeds with be donated to Autism New Jersey. The race itself is: A timed 5k obstacle course race featuring between 8-12 obstacles The race will be conducted in a team format, with each team consisting of 4-10 racers Obstacles will feature an assortment of “brain games” designed to test one’s mental abilities Each obstacle: Will be made up of either individual ‘stations’ that each team must physically solve or one large obstacle upon which each team must mentally solve and produce the answer for Will have a twenty (20) minute time limit Will be overseen by a group of referees A “Puzzler Zone” area will feature a variety of different activities to help entertain racers and guests, provide charity and sponsorship presence, and act as a centralized gathering area Event details and scheduleDate: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2019 Time: Heats begin every half hour, beginning at 8:00am and ending with the 2:30pm heat. Staging for each heat will begin 30 minutes prior to each scheduled start time. Course Info: 5k course will take teams throughout the confines of Thompson Park, running along trails, grass, paths, and walkways. Arrival: Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to ensure a smooth check-in process. Parking: On-site parking will be free for racers & spectators. Carpooling is encouraged. Staff and signage will direct traffic to open parking lots. What to Wear/Bring: Proper running attire and footwear Teams uniforms (not required) Valid photo ID Confirmation Registration Email with registration code (either print out or on mobile device) Make sure you completed the participant waiver during registration

Color Frenzy 5K - Portland - Free
The Color Frenzy 5K™ is none other than the brightest, most fun 5K in the land. At the Color Frenzy 5K™ we aren’t focused on how fast or how far you can run, what type of exercise you enjoy, or if you’re an avid runner. Instead, we welcome any and all participants looking for a colorful good time. Frenzy staff and charity partners will also be there to help make sure you get your share of the color goodness. Run through Color Wash station and onto the Color Frenzy zones where you will get hit with multiple colors of powder. Bring everyone and have the time of your life!Event details and schedulePlease plan on arriving 60-90 minutes prior to your wave start to give yourself plenty of time to park, get your Color Frenzy™ swag, check in if needed, and to get situated. Please be prompt for your Heat. Once your heat has started, (the heat is the time you registered for) small waves will be released every 60-90 seconds. Your physical start time is based on a first come-first serve basis, so naturally you will start earlier if you enter the start chute earlier. The last wave within your heat will go out 30 minutes after your scheduled heat (i.e., if your registered heat is for 8AM, the last wave in your heat will leave at 8:30AM). Bring some extra cash for parking and SWAG! After you park, bring some extra cash! You'll want to check out our super sweet Color Frenzy store for t-shirts, tutus, and more! There may be a parking charge of up to $10 for the event that is handled by the venue. With THOUSANDS of smiles present on race day, please have exact change and please don't cut your time too short before the race starts. The Panther Prowl 5K & 1-Mile Trail Run is an annual event that benefits Prattville Christian Academy. Event details and scheduleTrail InformationThe 5K and 1-Mile Trail Run begin on the PCA campus. The course winds through the newly cleared trail behind the athletic fields and through PCA’s Outdoor Classroom. Event TimesThe 5K will begin at 8 a.m. and the 1-Mile will start around 8:30 a.m. with an awards ceremony at 9 a.m. Participants may arrive as early as 7:15 a.m. Everyone WelcomeAll levels of runners (and walkers) are encouraged to participate. DressBased on the weather, the trail may be muddy so wear appropriate shoes. AwardsAwards will be given to the top male and female finisher and the top masters male and female finishers. In addition, awards will be given to the top male and female finishers in the following age categories: up to 14, 15-20, 21-30, 31-40, and 41-59.

The Royal Run 5k - Travelers Rest, SC
Capes encouraged, but not required. The Royal Run is a national series of events that partners with non-profit organizations to put on themed events to help raise funds and awareness for their cause. We provide logistical support, site selection, volunteer management and more. We do the heavy lifting, your organization just needs one coordinator to be the primary contact for that local event and the primary recruiter of additional volunteers. That’s it! Hands-on House Half Marathon, 10K & 5K 2019
The Hands-on House Half Marathon, 10K & 5K is the 16th annual run to benefit Hands-on House, Children's Museum of Lancaster. The race features a USATF-certified 13.1 mile half marathon course through Lancaster County farmland, past a one-room Amish school house and over a covered bridge. The 10K course runs through beautiful Amish farmland, and the 5K course runs through scenic neighborhoods close to the museum. Runners, joggers, and walkers are welcome to participate in all events. Awards will be given to the top three males and females in each age group (19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70+) for the half marathon, as well as to the top five males and females for the 5K and 10K races.
