Eagle Point Tri

Blessed with its peaceful surrounds, the sleepy town of Eagle Point, Victoria is idyllic for a triathlon event on Sunday, 24 February 2019. The transition is situated on the shores of Lake King and only for a few sections of the bike ride do you lose sight of the magnificent waterway. There is something for everyone with four races on offer throughout the course of the morning. The fun tri will open the racing, followed by the sprint distance championships. Both the fun tri and sprint tri courses include a U-shaped swim, loop on the bike and a flat lakeside run. The final events will be for the kids, with two distances on offer. In a safe and well marshaled environment the kids will swim, ride and run their way around the local caravan park.

The Maroondah Night Run in Ringwood, Victoria on Friday, 5 April 2019 is a 5km glow-filled evening, designed for all ages and athletic abilities. Runners and walkers are welcome to join us as we run through Ringwood Golf Course.

Quirindi Canter Fun Run & Bike Ride

The Quirindi Canter Fun Run and Bike Ride on Sunday, 7 April 2019 raises money for local charities. There's a charity bike ride alongside the 5km and 10km fun run, a community walk, team relay, and dash for cash. There will be food stalls and a BBQ available on the day.

Clare Valley Running Festival

SARRC’s (South Australian Road Runners Club) first half marathon of the year is held in the beautiful Clare Valley and is the first event of our “Triple Crown Series” which includes the Clare Valley, Greenbelt and McLaren Vale events. The Clare Valley is one of South Australia’s oldest wine regions and it’s world-renowned for producing elegant Rieslings. The Clare Valley Half Marathon follows part of the Riesling Trail. People came from far and wide to participate, including international runners from the United Kingdom and South Africa. There were three options available to runners – a 5 kilometre run, 10km and the half marathon. For the younger generation, a kids fun run is also part of the event with free of charge participation.

Light Horse Ultra

Run on the Anzac Day weekend, we celebrate the freedom we live through the service those have given. The Light Horse event is held on the last Saturday of April and this year sees the continuation of a 3hr, 6hr or 12hr race option. The course is a beaut little 2.5k loop with a combination of ashphalt, limestone trail and boardwalk, There is also a race for the kids to enjoy. Kids races will be a feature of all Ultra Series WA events. This event is the third of six races comprising the Ultra Series WA, a points competition with some fantastic cash prizes attached.

XLR8 Family Fun: May

The XLR8 Family Fun Obstacle Course Event is at Operation XLR8 in Baldivis, WA on Sunday, 5 May 2019. What an awesome afternoon activity to do as a family! The Kids can help and encourage their adult team members through the 'beast' (a tunnel of tires) and commando crawling through the sand, while the adults can support their younger team members over the tyre wall and sea container. This unique army assault course is insanely and amazingly fun!! Its a fun race against other families but we do not really mind how fast or slow you go, we do care about the FUN you'll have! You will leave having had the best time with muddy fun and lifelong memories made.

Westies Joggers 3.5km Race & Fun Run

Western Districts Joggers & Harriers, also known as Westies Joggers, is a friendly family orientated running club that will introduce you to the beautiful traffic free pathways and tracks that wind their way around the lake, river and bush settings at Lake Gillawarna. We meet every Saturday morning at Lake Gillawarna, Georges Hall with the 3.5km Handicap Race & Fun Run taking place on the 2nd Saturday of every month. The Westies Handicap runs are designed to ensure runners of all speeds and ages get a chance to participate, and compete, by improving their own times. The handicap format makes it possible for slow walkers can compete against fast runners on an equal footing. The race is electronically timed on a beautiful off-road course Lake Gillawarna at Georges Hall.

The Byron Bay Triathlon on Saturday, 11 May 2019 is like no other! This event is one of the most popular triathlons in Australia, with racing commencing at lunch time on a Saturday to allow participants to sleep in, race, and then celebrate in one of the biggest party towns on the East Coast.
